Duties

• Run daily technical and operational tasks to maintain high standards and keep operations running smoothly.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational and machinery issues on the floor.

• Enforce strict site safety protocols and quality standards to keep the team protected.

• Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and tackle daily goals.

• Take charge of continuous hands-on training to sharpen your technical expertise and operational know-how.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced in trades, manufacturing, logistics, field service or a related practical industry.

• Solid experience operating in fast-paced, hands-on field or shop-floor environments.

• Strong troubleshooting ability, adaptable under pressure, and a pull-your-own-weight team attitude.

• Safety-first approach, direct communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.

• Fit to pass standard pre-employment site medicals and drug/alcohol screenings.
